Annual Report and Accounts

NHS Birmingham and Solihull CCG has published its first Annual Report and Accounts 2018-19. These were formally presented at the CCG’s Annual General Meeting at 5pm on Thursday 4 July 2019 at The Vox Conference Centre at Resorts World by the NEC

Mental Health Investment Standard

NHS England planning guidance for 2018/19 states that each clinical commissioning group must meet the Mental Health Investment Standard (MHIS), by which their 2018/19 investment in mental health rises at a faster rate than their overall published programme funding.


External auditor

In accordance with the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014, Birmingham and Solihull CCG has appointed Grant Thornton LLP as the CCG’s external auditor.

The appointment is for a period of three years ending on 31 March 2020, with the option to extend the contract at the end of the period for a further two years.
