Martin Fahy - Interim Chief Nurse

Martin Fahy web2Martin Fahy joined NHS Birmingham and Solihull CCG as Deputy Chief Nurse in August 2018 and is currently the Interim Chief Nurse.

An experienced senior nurse leader, his previous positions have involved working in both commissioning and provider roles, as well as holding a joint post where he was the Director of Nursing in Bedfordshire CCG and the Deputy Director of Nursing and Quality for NHS England (Central Midlands).

Martin is a registered mental health nurse (RMN) by background and has achieved his Bachelor’s degree in health from De Montfort University and he also holds an MSc in medical and health sciences: psychosocial interventions from the University of Sheffield.
