Patient experience strategy
We are currently of producing our Patient Experience Strategy. This strategy sets out how the CCG will use patient experience data to collect and review feedback from patients and carers about their health and care services across the Birmingham and Solihull area. It will demonstrate importance of gathering, analysing and learning from people’s experiences to deliver a service focused on ensuring people and their experiences are placed at the heart of CCG commissioning.
