We are looking for a part-time medical receptionist to join our friendly practice. Our practice is located in Nechells close to Spaghetti junction. The successful candidate will need to provide a first-class level of admin / reception / customer service to our patients. You should enjoy working in a reception environment, building relationships with clients and staff, and be prepared to go the extra mile for our patients.
The role requires confidence in Microsoft office, patient administration systems (EMIS and Docman) and an excellent general knowledge of IT.
The post is for 20 hours per week (four shifts) with the hours which will be between Monday-Friday, 1-6pm except Thursday
Reception staff are expected to be flexible and to undertake some overtime to cover colleagues’ absences. Flexibility to help cover staff holidays is essential for this post.
This post is eligible for the NHS Pension with pay dependent on experience.
