Experienced IT/Chronic Disease Management Recall Administrator, Yardley Wood Health Centre, 401 Highfield Road, Birmingham B14 4DU

 

Are you an enthusiastic about IT/Chronic Disease Management and keen to work in a friendly, supportive environment? We are looking to expand our team. The role offers hours up to 37.5 hours (Job Share available).This is a newly created role  and there is a New recall system in place ready to start from April 2019. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person(s). We are looking for the candidate to have experience in General Practice, Clinical Systems, preferably Emis Web and experience in managing recall systems and knowledge of creating searches/protocols.

 

As a training practice serving 9,500 patients, we continue to proudly maintain collaborative links with local services, but also remain responsive to our patients’ needs. Salary, dependant on skills and experience, is available for the right person(s).
