We are a GP practice with 7,500 registered patients based in South Birmingham and we are looking to recruit a receptionist. Experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
The right person should be able to demonstrate a good telephone manner, computer literacy and excellent interpersonal skills. The ability to work as part of a team is essential and the right candidate will be able to work under pressure, whilst adhering to patient confidentiality at all times.
Standard hours will be Monday-Friday 2-6.30pm (with exception of a Wednesday).
